Diana Markosian

Diana Markosian is a contemporary artist working between Paris and New York. Spanning photography, filmmaking, and installation, her practice is recognized for its deeply personal approach to storytelling, blending documentary realism with constructed narratives and archival materials. Her work has been exhibited internationally at institutions including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the International Center of Photography, the National Portrait Gallery, Foam Amsterdam, and the Museum of Modern Art. In 2025, she received the Madame Figaro Prize at the Rencontres d’Arles for her exhibition Father. Markosian is the author of three monographs.
